Reconcile Supplier Statements

Reconcile Credit Card Statements

Reconcile Daily Deposits with Point of Sales (Wine Direct) and accounting software (Xero)

Reconcile Petty Cash

Investigate Supplier invoice discrepancies

Monthly Inventory reports

Ensure all systems are updated

Act as back up to Accounts Receivable and other admin positions as required

Competency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Competency in Accounting Software

Ability and willingness to learn and adapt to new and changing systems

Other duties as required
