 Okanagan Crush Pad (OCP) in Summerland, BC is seeking an experienced wine club manager to join our team. OCP is a 40,000 case facility that is home to Haywire, Narrative and Free Form wines. The winery is committed to minimal intervention winemaking, using certified organic grapes. OCP prides itself on its innovations and leadership position within the BC wine industry. THE CLUB @ CRUSH PAD has a growing membership of wine enthusiasts.

THE CLUB @ CRUSH PAD manager is responsible for executing our membership program entirely; from growing membership, increasing member engagement and purchase pull through, to selecting featured wines, assisting club members fulfill their membership obligations and hosting on-site member events. The Club manager is a true ambassador who can deliver the highest standard of service.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Fully administer and grow THE CLUB @ CRUSH PAD program
  • Responsible for achieving wine club sales targets
  • Manage the club database guest profile information
  • Ensure club members are meeting (and exceeding) minimum purchase targets
  • Work closely with the Sales, Marketing and Hospitality teams
  • Oversee shipments including pre-shipment notifications, manage, collateral inserts and delivery confirmations
  • Report and analyze key metrics that drive the club channel (traffic, conversion, sales, product mix, sign ups, attrition) to meet/exceed targets and ensure continuous improvement

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience working in retail and/or sales, preferably in the wine industry
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong technical skillset, MS Office, WordPress, etc.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at one time
  • Experience managing a wine club considered an asset
  • Passionate about the BC Wine Industry
  • WSET/Sommelier Certification preferred
  • Able to work some evenings and weekends
  • Positive attitude and a team player
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Serving It Right Certification required, Foodsafe Certified an asset
  • Must be able to lift 30lbs without difficulty

 

Salary will be based on level of experience of the candidate.
