The Customer Service Representative will assist in selling and marketing to private and licensee clients with a goal to providing a superior customer experience
• Establish a rapport with a large list of private and licensee customer, communicating with them through various means (email, telephone, digital and face to face contact)
• Respond and communicate with sense of urgency to client-initiated orders and requests
• Determine which requests can be dealt with and which need to be passed on for more detailed or higher-level response
• Ensure all orders are accurately inputted, and client information is accurate
• Work with delivery companies to troubleshoot delivery problems
• Other duties as assigned
Contract is to the end of December, with possibility for renewal in January
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
• Excellent communications skills, both oral & written
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to converse with people from all walks of life
• Ability to work in a small team environment
• Positive, outgoing personality
• Proficiency in Office suite of software
• Some knowledge of wine would be an asset
