The Opportunity
Oyster Bay is one of the world’s most successful Super Premium wine brands and this is an outstanding opportunity to be part of a global wine industry success story.
Reporting to the National Business Planning Manager, you will join a high performing team that is focused on aiming high, gaining mastery and winning together. Based in our Toronto office, this is a busy and varied role where you will be liaising with our Canada sales team, our New Zealand office team, customers and liquor boards. You will be responsible for the administration and coordination of activities in finance, logistics and compliance, inventory and reporting, Health & Safety, and our Tasting Host program.
About you
- Proactive in your approach as exceptional customer service is important to you;
- A driven team player who thrives on working in a fast paced environment;
- High level of attention to detail;
- Comfortable working with numbers and calculations;
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills (including MS office) and ability to quickly learn an array of software;
- Previous sales administration or sales support experience essential (ideal if you have around 4 years of experience);
- Post-secondary qualification desirable; and
- A passion for wine and/or knowledge of the wine industry preferred.
