Sales Representative (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Reporting to the BC Sales Manager and based on Vancouver Island, this full time dual (retail and on premise) position will focus on the achievement of sales, distribution and market share objectives for the Kirkwood portfolio  in both private and chain retail stores, restaurants and hotels, through the building of relationships based on professional selling skills.

Duties also include the presentation of new products and additions to existing brands to current and poitential customers, plus the implementation of promotional programs, improving inventory status, building displays and shelf maintenance, along with the normal administration tasks assigned to territory representatives.

The successful applicant must have proven sales presentation skills and strong interpersonal skills. 

Preference will be to those applicants who have knowledge of the business and prior work history in the beverage alcohol industry.
