Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative sales professional to help build brands and drive growth though on-premise sales, within the Vancouver area. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience selling on-premise and is able/willing to leverage existing relationships with key decision-makers to achieve pre-determined goals. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with accounts and key suppliers
• Achieve sales goals established by management (placements, volume, and revenue)
• Develop and maintain effective account relationships
• Critical thinker with ability to assess opportunities based on ROI
• Create impactful presentations to decision makers
• Provide educational wine training to accounts and staff (tastings, seminars, and special events)
• Manage Receivables
• Create and communicate organized weekly/monthly schedule that will include sales calls, presentations, office work, and lead development

Requirements

• 3+ years experience selling wines/spirits to restaurants and on-premise accounts
• Able to work in a very fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to demanding situations
• Comfortable in creating and making presentations
• Must possess great verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to make persuasive sales calls using wine knowledge
• Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office/Mac
• Very organized
• Available to work flexible hours (some evenings/weekends will be required)
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to lift 19kg
