Outside Liquor Sales Representative (Maternity Leave) (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

The Delf Group is seeking a driven, professional, and passionate outside Sales Representative to service all trade sectors in Vancouver, Richmond, Surrey, North Delta and Langley, for a Maternity Leave position.

 

 

 

The Delf Group is a third generation, family owned and operated Liquor Agent based in Delta, BC. We represent top selling brands throughout Western Canada – such as Bodegas Castano, Vini Tonon and Freixenet.

 

 

 

The ideal candidate must have integrity, a passion for wine, strong interpersonal skills and be confident working both independently and as part of a team. This position is based in greater Vancouver, but occasional travel may be necessary.

 

 

 

Job Description:

 

 

 

  • Make sales calls to BCLDB retail stores, private retail liquor stores and on-premise accounts

  • Increase market share of portfolio and customer loyalty through management of accounts

  • Seek and build new business opportunities in all trade channels. 

  • Analyze sales-related statistics to strategically build territory

  • Organize and participate in trade marketing events to support our portfolio and build brand loyalty

  • Consistent communication with head office

  • Computer skills - knowledgeable of Microsoft Office programs

  • Must possess valid BC Driver's License and Canadian Passport

  • Post-Secondary education preferred

  • Ability to lift 40lb cases regularly

 

 

 

 

 

Preference will be given to candidates with industry experience and wine education.

 

Compensation will be based on experience and skillset.
