Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a passionate, self-motivated and goal oriented individual to fill the position of part-time Sales Coordinator in Vancouver, British Columbia. The Role:
Working three days per week the role of Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the field sales and strategic sales account team. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for the development of on-time and accurate tools to help the field sales team win in-store. In addition, the sales coordinator will oversee customer applications to support the strategic account team initiatives.
Your key responsibilities and duties are as follows:
- Develop sales tools to support the field sales team (image sheets, sell sheets, price books, etc.)
- Oversee customer applications for new products, promotions, in-store programs
- Lead the organization and execution of regional sales meetings and customer facing events
- Support the sales team through sending samples, providing support for purchase orders, etc.
Job Requirements:
- A University Diploma or Comparable (Primary Focus on Business, Sales and/or Marketing)
- Two to three years in a similar role supporting Sales, Marketing or Trade Marketing teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Problem solver and results oriented
- Team Player – effective building internal and customer relationships
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Ability to meet and exceed deadlines
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office – Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook
