 Job Description – Full Time

 

 

 

The Spirit Advocate is one of both Ambassador and Sales Representative, working to build brands and drive commercial growth against specific goals.  The ideal candidate has 3+ years experience selling on premise, and can tap into their existing relationships with key bartenders, decision makers and distributor staff.  This person has a creative mind and knows how to connect our brands with an influential consumer audience.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

 

 

  • Develop and maintain impactful relationships with key personnel and decision markers at all current and prospective customers in the on premise and private liquor store channels.

  • Prioritize growth opportunities based on scale and expediency.

  • Network with all key stakeholders for identified opportunities to gain understanding of business operations.

  • Create a resource requirement plan for each opportunity with associated return on investment. Make recommendations on strategy, approach and timing.

  • Create platform for making inroads into broader “Key” accounts, both independent and regional/national chains. Detail distribution, revenue and commercial marketing opportunity.

  • Create impactful and detailed presentations to decision makers that are consistent with corporate objectives and terms of trade.

  • Co-create all annual and quarterly territory

  • Achieve volume objectives for specific market within assigned field sales budget

 

 

 

 

 

Desired Skills and Experience

 

 

  • College Diploma or University Degree.

           Minimum of 3 years structured selling experience in a      

           related field or industry.

 

  • Able to provide a track record of meeting or exceeding target in a sales territory over a full fiscal year.

  • Demonstrated high energy level and possesses a 'can do’ attitude.

  • Demonstrated bias for bottom line growth.

  • Open and apparent positive mindset.

  • Track record of delivering excellent results in Sales.

  • Solid networking capability.

  • Polished and professional business approach.

  • Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)

  • Own a reliable vehicle. Hold a Valid Driver’s License

  • Willingness to travel

  • Must be able to personally pay or charge ordinary and necessary business expenses that will be timely reimbursed
