Job Requirements

-        Oversee strategic plan to achieve commercial targets for assigned territory.

-        Drive brand building and act as an ambassador for our premium portfolio to increase market share and consumer loyalty.

-        Build and maintain client relationships to position brands and key customers for success.

-        Expansion of high-return points of distribution across all market channels.

-        Command retail space through impactful merchandising.

-        Build brands through brand-aligned product placement with key on-trade partners.

-        Analyze and monitor trends and data sets to achieve and adapt territory strategies.

-        Manage product flow to account base and monitor inventory position.

-        Be connected to the industry and stay on top of market trends to identify new opportunities.

-        Manage approved budgets.

-        Other administrative duties outside of territory management scope as needed.

-        Work collaboratively with team members both in-market and across Canada to develop innovative strategies for shared success.

 

Job Qualifications

- Has minimum 3-5 years in the wine and spirits industry.
- Smart Serve certification will be requested upon hiring.
- Formal wine & spirits education is an asset.
- Being bilingual or multilingual is an asset.
- Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, passport, and the ability to carry 40lbs.
- Available to work evenings and weekends on a flexible schedule.
