Cloudsley Cellars is a boutique winery focused on producing premium Pinot Noir and Chardonnay on the Twenty Mile Bench in Vineland, Ontario.

We are currently seeking qualified interns for the 2018 harvest.  The position will begin mid-September (this may vary depending on the vintage) and finish no earlier than mid-November (and possibly into December).

We are focused on making premium wine and will train candidates accordingly.   The candidate will be involved in all tasks associated grape processing and fermentation including sorting, de-stemming, pressing, monitoring fermentations, racking, transfers, pump overs and punch downs. 

 

Job Requirements:

2 years cellar experience preferred

Must be prepared to work long hours

Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Forklift certification required

Good communication and collaboration skills are mandatory
