Hospitality Administrator (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

  Vineland, Ontario

The successful candidate will assist the Hospitality Manager with the administration of Wine club, Retail, Farmers' Markets, Winery Events, etc. Previous winery, hospitality or adminsitrative experience is an asset.

The duties are as follows:

  • Book Tours & tastings
  • Respond to customer service inquiries
  • Monitor the info@ emails
  • Assist Retail when needed
  • Work Winery and Wine Club events
  • Assist with events: Set-up/Tear-down, Shopping, Signage
  • Respond to donation requests
  • Assist with Corporate orders 

Assist with Wine Clubs (Tawse & Redstone):

  • New member entries
  • Correspondence
  • Invoicing shipments
  • Shipping labels

Farmers’ Markets:

  • Submit applications and AGCO notices
  • Scheduling
  • Assist with FM inventory and write offs
