We are growing and are looking for an experienced RESTAURANT MANAGER based in West Kelowna, to join the Frind Team. If you have the following experience, please submit your resume today!

What we are looking for:

·         Energetic, friendly, customer orientated individual who has a passion for the ultimate beachfront hospitality experience.

·         Ability to run and supervise a fast-paced Café, Take Out & Patio restaurant.

·         Lead and oversee management of all aspects of the restaurant business.

·         Meets sales and profit goals while adhering to company policies and procedures.

·         People focused, outgoing and positive attitude.

·         Provides coaching, development, and training to staff.

·         Adheres and ensure staff adhere to standards of service

·         Works in conjunction with Human Resources for recruitment and hiring.

·         Experience with scheduling, daily cash outs, maintaining budgets, etc.

·         Ensure inventory is correctly maintained and stored in optimum conditions.

·         Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

·         Conflict resolution skills, negotiation and objection handling skills are a must.

·         Open and flexible schedule.

Qualifications: 

·         5 – 7 years of Food & Beverage Management experience.

·         Post secondary education considered an asset.

·         Strong working knowledge of hospitality industry principles, methods, practises, and techniques.

·         Food Safe Level 1 considered an asset.

·         Advanced wine knowledge from work experience and/or related courses (WSET) would be considered an asset

·         Wine Direct and POS System (touch Bistro) experience considered an asset.

·         Standard First Aid Certification considered an asset.
