The successful applicant will have experience at a 4 or 5 Diamond level of service, in the training and development of staff, and excellent food & wine knowledge.
The position encompasses all aspects of guest service including duty management of the hotel and requires a leadership by a strong floor presence. The position is full time.
Job Requirements:
Permanent resident of Vancouver,
Previous experience at a four or five diamond level property,
Exceptional guest service ability,
Minimum Level 1 Sommelier,
A passion for exceeding guests' expectations and a desire to be the best,
Squirrel and Open Table experience,
Able to commit to evenings and weekends,
