We are currently considering candidates for the position of Restaurant General Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overall restaurant operations, leading the team in providing outstanding quality of product and guest experience, as well as ensuring profitability by efficient management of resources.
This is a great opportunity for an energetic, positive and self-motivated individual with clearly demonstrated leadership abilities, preferably in a high-volume full-service restaurant. Requirements also include excellent communication, guest service and organizational skills, the ability to mentor and motivate others to do their best, and an emphasis on achieving financial & other objectives with focus on the bottom-line.
