Turtle Jack's and Tee Jay's Sports kitchen are two established, successful and growing concepts belonging to this group of corporate and franchise restaurants. We have recently added two new additions to our concepts - Local Eatery and Refuge and Fraticelli's - with a menu created and inspired by Chef Massimo Capra.

DESCRIPTION 
Job Focus: To manage concept branding including marketing, advertizing and all guest touch points 

Main Duties and Responsibilities : 

1.Marketing Promotions and Projects 

*Plan and implement marketing programs and promotions for three distinct restaurant brands 
*Design development of promotional materials 
*Organize production of all marketing materials (print , banners, signage etc) 
*Ensure proper communication and information is relayed to restaurants and related departments (memos, program outlines, pricing, timelines) 

2.Menu Development 
*Assist in the design and development of menu variations for three brands 

3.Turtle Jack's Loyalty Card Program 
*Maximize guest loyalty through the TLC marketing programs 

4.Online 
*Manage and maintain the content on all websites including Turtle Jack's, Fraticellis and Local Concepts
Execute online advertizing including eblasts, Search Engine Optimization and ad words when applicable 
*Maintain staff website 

5.Branding 
*Achieve desired brand perception including but not limited to uniform programs, take out programs, store small wares and furniture as necessary 

6.Supplier Support 
*Maintain partnerships with large suppliers including budget reconciliation, store level approvals, availability of product , support disbursement 

7.Accounting 
*Create purchase orders and arrange payment for marketing projects 
*Assist with budget creation and tracking of marketing funds 

8.Other 
*Store order fulfillment for 18 restaurants (marketing supplies, business cards, menu print, uniform orders, glass etching, signage, etc) 
*Other duties as required including; supervision of two marketing team members, presentations and agendas. Seasonal location staff accommodations, Golf tournament, special events (conference/staff events etc.)
Job Requirements: Skills: 
* You must possess excellent communication and leadership skills 
* Strong organizational and time management abilities are essential 
* Strong leadership and people management skills 
* Problem solving skills 
* Mediation skills 
* Ability to manage multiple priorities 
* Proficient in computer software applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word and experience with Social Media and marketing software programs and website management 

Knowledge: 
* Knowledge of marketing principles 
* Basic food and beverage knowledge 
* Understanding of budgets 
* Sales and marketing knowledge (promotions and projects) 

Experience: 
* Minimum 2-3 years marketing experience 
* Some previous high volume restaurant experience would be considered an asset
