Winery Retail Associate (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

We are looking for an energetic, passionate and experienced individual who loves wine and interacting with others to join our winery hospitality team.

Roles and responsibilities would include greeting and welcoming guests, offering guided tours and tastings, daily opening and closing procedures, operation of our POS system, educating guests about our wines and the Niagara Wine Industry and completing the sale.

We ask that candidates possess a minimum of one year winery retail and hospitality experience. Smart Serve and Wine Council of Ontario certificates are an asset but will be included as part of the training and orientation process.

Weekend and Holiday work is expected. Candidates must be able to carry cases of wine. At the present time this position would be part time (15-25 hours per week) with the potential to increase to full time hours.
