Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Neapolitan Pizza Chef to join our team on a full-time seasonal basis. As the Pizza Chef, you will oversee our kitchen operations, leading a small team. You will be responsible for creating our signature pizzas, cheese & charcuterie boards and baked cheese dishes while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency. You will possess a deep understanding of traditional Neapolitan pizza-making techniques and demonstrate creativity in developing new menu items that highlight our fine cheese selection.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake Neapolitan pizzas according to traditional methods and recipes.

Develop and execute menu items, ensuring variety and seasonal relevance.

Manage food costing, reporting, and inventory control to optimize profitability.

Supervise kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Follow and maintain food saftey plan.

Collaborate with management to create promotional offers and special events.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Neapolitan Pizza Chef.

Expertise in traditional Neapolitan pizza-making techniques, including dough preparation and stretching.

Strong knowledge of food costing, menu development, and inventory management. Equipment operation & maintenance.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Schedule:

Full-time seasonal position, occasional evenings for special events.

Mid April - end of September (potentially beyond depending on harvest & weather).
$23 to $28 (plus tip share) depending on experience, education and qualifications.
