- Signing Bonus: $500 (payable 3 months after start date)
- Anniversary Bonus: $2000 (payable on 2nd anniversary and on every anniversary after that
Main Duties:
- Provide a consistently exceptional experience for all guests
- Ensure excellence in guest satisfaction by maintaining a positive and committed “Do Whatever It Takes” attitude
- Participate in staff education plans, including on the job training
- Maintain acceptable attendance record
- Meet Health & Safety requirements
- Be a personal representation of the service and overall hospitality of the staff of the property
- Exceed the expectations of internal and external customers
- Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices
- Turn or stir foods to ensure even cooking
- Observe and test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently, using methods such as tasting, smelling, or piercing them with utensils
- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes using various kitchen utensils and equipment.
- Portion, arrange, and garnish food, and provide to Pass
- Perform cleaning duties as required, and maintain a clean and safe work station
- Assist with receiving and storing food orders
- Perform other duties as required

- Manager-in-Training Program (available to apply after 6 months of employment)

The successful candidates will have experience in fine dining establishements; must have own transportation and be eligible to legally work in Canada.
