At Dark Horse Estate Winery, we’re in the business of trailblazing. We established the first estate winery on the shores of Lake Huron in Huron County, a brand-new wine region, in 2016. Continually evolving, we’re the dark horse in this race and now we want to dazzle our guests with an elevated, one-of-a-kind, culinary experience.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about thinking global while supporting local. Delight our guests with an authentic farm-to-table culinary experience. We'll provide a fine-dining venue space to host it all, from intimate dinners in our barrel cellar to a full-course dinner for hundreds in our ballroom. Modern convenience meets rural charm in our 31,000 sq ft winery just minutes away from Lake Huron.
