Execute food service, preparation, and maintain par stocks

-               Support team direction, delegation and supervision.

-               Provide support and input for hospitality programs

-               Supervise the on-site restaurant at TIME Winery in absence of Chef  de Cuisine

-               Aid in creating shopping/order and prep lists

-               Wash & sanitizes dishes, kitchen tool & equipment

-               Maintain high standards for kitchen cleanliness

-               Maintain organization of fridges, equipment, & storage areas

-               Provide support for the culinary team

-               Empty garbages & assist in kitchen in daily kitchen shutdown

Work wage of $18 to $24 per hour + gratuity
