This position is responsible for leading all kitchen sales streams and ensuring their department's success. Utilizing your experience and knowledge of industry trends, you'll lead and support revenue generating strategies in each segment, rapidly adapting to the evolving business needs.
Duties summary include but are not limited to:
- professional leadership and direction over kitchen departments on and offsite
- achieve monthly revenue and expense budgets
- provide direction for menu planning
- ensures the company is facilitating and executing all revenue opportunities in a la carte, corporate and social business
- develops and drives service standards
- drives new business in conjunction with the executive team
- develop new programming and emerging business to drive wine sales
- drive growth and profitability, set goals and objectives
- be a presence on social working with our marketing department
- foster partnerships with industry professionals
- host media and partake in live/virtual events
- attends weekly meetings with the management team
- inspiring and instructing the kitchen teams for success
- ensuring all hygiene and professional practices are being met
- coordination with the event managers building on its success
- work under the direction of the General Manager and Proprietor leadership
- foster a harmonious and productive workplace
