OLiV Tasting Room & Restaurant located at Strewn Winery in Niagara-on-the-Lake is currently looking for a part time baker/patiessiere.  This is a part-time position that may lead to full time.

We are looking for someone with experience baking bread, tart shells, other pastries, sweets & desserts on a daily basis.  Creativity is enouraged!

The successful candidate will have experience in a baking environment, have excellent time management skills and attention to detail, making sure that production is consistent.

General requirements are:

- ability to work independently or as part of a team

- ability to work under pressure

- handling & lifting of heavy loads

- repetitive tasks

- standing for long periods of time

- keeping work area clean at all times

- following health, safety & sanitation guidelines

The successful candidate must have a minimum of three years of experience in a high volume, fast paced professional baking environment.
