The role of Assistant Retail & Hospitality Manager will provide opportunities for career growth at a winery that fosters a community of innovation, collaboration and inclusivity. As Assistant Retail & Hospitality Manager you will be responsible for day-to-day operations and sales leadership on the retail floor. Your role, with the help of our exceptional team, will include:

  • Direct and execute all customer experiences: overseeing patio operations, indoor wine tasting experiences and private group bookings
  • Support staff to achieve sales targets including monthly goals and wine club sign membership targets
  • Merchandising and maintaining the aesthetic and function of the retail floor and patio spaces to reflect seasonal needs
  • Communication of important information and scheduling to winery retail staff
  • Work closely, and promptly report and collaborate on retail needs with Customer Experience Manager and Senior Manager of Customer Relations and Sales
