Tasting Associate
(Wine Jobs:
Wine Retail & Sommelier)
Contract
823 Line 6 Road NOTL ON,
Ontario
About Us
Big Head Wines is a family-run winery founded by Andrzej Lipinski in 2011. Since then, we’ve grown into a 20,000-case production with a portfolio of 42 wines. We focus on unique grape varieties, ambient fermentation, and techniques such as appassimento and whole-cluster fermentation to bring depth and intensity to our wines, while maintaining balance and structure.
Our RAW line, introduced in 2016, highlights a minimal-intervention approach—ambient fermentation, concrete maturation, and unfiltered bottling—to deliver a pure and honest expression of the fruit. We work closely with top growers in the Niagara Region who share our commitment to detail and quality.
