Hester Creek Estate Winery is looking to fill an exciting and unique position at The Villa - our six suite luxury bed & breakfast - for our 2024 season.  This position is ideal for a candidate who is passionate about hospitality in the luxury accommodation sector, and is perfect for someone looking to expand themselves professionally in this realm.  The position is set up as a hybrid villa assistant manager/room attendant, and includes responsibilities in guest services, front desk/administrative work & reservations, housekeeping/laundry, assisting with our daily gourmet breakfasts and generally providing exceptional, personalized customer service for our guests.  An ideal candidate is a team player, with a positive and professional attitude and strong communication skills.   This position comes with a competitive salary and benefits, as well as gratuities.  If you have a passion for hospitality, are a team player and are looking to expand your skill set, please forward your resume and cover letter to Melissa McLaughlin at [email protected].
