DTC Sales Manager (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Direct to Consumer(DTC) Sales Manager is a new role we are currently hiring for at Black Hills Estate Winery.

Reporting into the Winemaker + General Manager, you will develop and implement annual business plans that drive revenue, increase wine club memberships, contribute to e-commerce growth. Your small but mighty team will help coordinate wine club member events, work with our DTC and Brand teams and ensure members experience the extraordinary we pour into everyday life!

We are looking for a teammate with:

  • Post-secondary education in business or marketing with 5+ years' work experience in a similar role
  • Previous supervisory experience and wine knowledge is preferred
  • Able to multi-task with strong organizational, technical/computer skills
  • Exceptional communication skills; able to exercise judgement and enjoys working independently
  • Experience and knowledge to provide best-in-class service for consumers
  • Ability to work on estate in Oliver, BC and use a hybrid (home/estate) work model as needed.

This teammate will be accountable for:

  • Growth, development and management of the wine club
  • Develop and execute annual business plans
  • Create and implement strategies to increase memberships as well as email databases
  • Attend local networking events
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge
  • Drive team training and incentives
  • Develop annual communication schedule ensuring timely creation and efficient delivery of e-blast deployments and monthly wine club shipments
  • Monitor, track and analyze all KPI's that demonstrates performance; communicate results to Management
  • Management and leadership of DTC Wine Club Coordinator and future teammates as the company grows.

$70,000-$80,000 annually plus competitive total pay package including benefits, vacation, pension, stock, discounts and EAP.
