We are growing our commercial strength but the driving force behind our success continues to be a team of highly engaged, dedicated, and driven team members and we are grateful for them! We are looking for a dynamic Manager, Client Success, who can take on this new challenge.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Be the primary contact for all customer service matters for Drinx Logistics beverage alcohol customers

  • Lead the onboarding process of new customers with the provided documentation required and monitor the onboarding for each customer

  • Support sales with qualifying initial perspective customers providing initial information on Drinx services and rates and services packages

  • Prepare rate sheets and compile reports to accounting, customers, and senior management for review

  • Support the Drinx Logistics customer service team in overseeing the development and functionality of a customer service CRM program to ensure that all service issues are investigated and solutions are communicated back to the customer in a timely matter

  • Support the visibility and relationship building of Drinx Logistics within the beverage alcohol industry by attending industry events and attending outside customer meetings with the VP, Business Development

  • Assist in the development of a customer service training program to ensure that all customer service team members follow professional practices in telephone and other communication etiquette

  • Manage the customer service module for the corporate CRM system

  • Contribute to business development by analyzing logistical problems and proposing new solutions

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum four (4) years’ customer sales/service support, logistics, or sales experience in the beverage alcohol industry

  • Working knowledge of BC and other provincial liquor jurisdiction laws, rules, and regulations

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Strong knowledge of social media and handling external communications on different mediums

  • Ability to lead our external and internal customer communications by consistently developing bulletins and broadcasts

  • Ability to work with and building strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders and team members

  • Ability to liaise with internal teams to address all service issues

  • Ability to speak an additional language is considered a strong asset

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Strong detail-orientation, analytical, and organizational skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems, and meet deadlines

  • Ability to work independently and/or collaboratively

  • Ability to take initiative and innovate

  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt
