Sales Coordinator Key Accounts (Western Canada) (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

The primary function of this role is to support the Director of Key Accounts, Western Canada in all aspects of managing the sales data analysis, creating presentations and maintaining all files, as well as supporting the Provincial Sales Managers with daily, weekly and monthly reports. This role can be performed from Calgary, AB or Burnaby, BC.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Western Canada Data Analyst – work with the Director of Key Accounts to help drive our sales growth through presentations, reports and analytics.

  • Perform analysis as needed to identify market trends and create meaningful business cases which will assist in targeting right chains with right SKU’s.
  • Assist in BC/AB chain presentation development, chain/territory data analysis for supplier presentations
  • Keep chain trackers updated with all pitches and results of pitches
  • Liaise with Chain Buyers to provide information and data when required
  • Build and update chain account LTO grids
  • Track AWSM chain account flyer/newspaper ads.
  • Work with Director of Key Accounts / Sales Manager to disseminate important Chain account information in a timely manner ex: upcoming program activity.

Prairies Administrative Support and Sales Coordination – work with the Sales Managers as needed to help with Prairies sales coordination and support, key activities to include:

  • Manage G.O.A.T. 
    • Create in XRM and maintain BC & AB G.O.A.T.
    • Run weekly updates for BC & AB and send to AB/BC Sales Managers
  • Perform KPI distribution calculations monthly and update team.
  • Manage AWSM corporate & independent account tastings by scheduling and overseeing the process. Ensure tasters have all relevant information and materials.
  • Create and update weekly allocation reports along with daily rep requests. Review allocation report bi-weekly with team to ensure allocations are top of mind and being pulled.
  • Create and update weekly unable to ship reports which includes looking over report to highlight areas of concern.

 

Job Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience with data sourcing and analysis preferred

Skills: Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Must be highly organized, and display excellent motivation and leadership abilities.  You should be prepared to provide examples of your written work.  Must be able to juggle multiple situations, and be self-motivated and able to work independently.

 

  • Knowledge:  You must have advanced PC skills (Windows: PowerPoint/Word/Excel).

 

  • Physical: Must be able to lift and carry 41+ pounds and able to build displays or handle heavy POS material.
