Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships and influence key accounts.
Execute sales and marketing programs to appropriate accounts.
Maintain top brands, meet sales targets and quota's.
Present our portfolio to retail, licensee and private clients.
Analyze sales, competitive set, industry data and market trends to target clients.
Meet sales targets and quota’s as set out by brand managers and the marketing team
Coordinate sales efforts with other AB team members.
Maintain CRM to organize customer details and territory.
Calgary & Mountains will be the focus. But other southern Alberta cities/regions to be added as needed.
Requirements:
Post secondary degree in a related field such as marketing or business is a strong asset.
3 Years import agency sales rep experience required.
Wine knowledge and experience is essential. Willing to take further educational courses at the company's expense.
WSET 2 and/or equivalent is a minimum.
Highly organized, excellent planning skills and sales strategies.
Daily CRM reporting.
A valid passport, driver's license and clear driving record.
Ability to lift 40 pound wine boxes and stand at pouring booths for an extended period of time.
Flexibility to work evening and weekend trade and consumer events as this is an essential part of a wine salespersons career.
Base salary commensurate with industry experience. Commissions, benefits package, auto allowance, cell phone. Pre-approved business related expenses are reimbursed.
