Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
Summary of Position:
A sales and marketing support position that is responsible and accountable for the accurate and timely creation of marketing assets and the execution of our trade marketing strategy.
Essential Functions:
Design & Marketing
- Create, manage and maintain accurate product assets database (portfolios, price lists, LTO sheets, sell sheets, bottle shots, shelf talkers, accolades, brand/product launch materials, etc.) for various sales and marketing activities
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team as needed
- Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for completion of new and different requests
- Maintain digital file database for graphics and brand related projects
- Create menu inserts, feature cards and promotions for special events, on-premise partnerships and brand promotions
- Assist in-market sales representatives with special promotions and merchandising
Online & Communications
- Maintain trade and consumer email lists for internal and external communication
- Create, schedule and manage bi-weekly trade and consumer newsletters
- Maintain records of retail flyers and media coverage
- Maintain RWM & Clarus website updates, including blogs
- Manage and update social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
Events
- Coordinate events, meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling and organizing requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; managing mailing lists to ensure event success
- Ensure brand and professional standards are met for event materials and execution
Administrative Duties
- Confer regularly with Sales & Marketing Manager to identify business and marketing opportunities as needed
- Develop, update and implement efficient processes, making recommendations and changes as necessary

Preferred education and experience:

Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field

Experience in the beverage alcohol or consumer packaged goods industry

Background in or strong desire to learn about wine and spirits
