Sales Associate (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

We are looking to add an enthusiastic and driven individual to our team in Calgary for a contract position that will run October through December with the possibility of extending the time frame. This is a part time position requiring approximately 20 hours per week of availability.  The chosen candidate’s primary responsibility will be to provide support to the Key Account managers in Calgary, servicing a set list of stores from within the group’s territory, shipping and receiving samples, and other related duties as required.  Candidates are required to have their own registered and licensed vehicle to carry out duties and responsibilities.

• Maintain and adjust a set call pattern of stores made up from each Territory Managers’ store list.

• Build and maintain sold in displays of Summit Fine Wines.

• Identify and influence shelf positioning of our portfolio of wines.

• Ship and receive samples as required.

• Communicate upcoming programming to store managers and influencers.

• Work with Key Account Managers to execute brand programs within chain and independent retail stores.

• Effectively communicate feedback and follow-up to Key Account Managers.

• Execute in-store wine tastings.
