We pride ourselves on a portfolio of respected producers and are looking for the right candidate to join our growing team.
Who we are looking for:
A results-driven Calgary based individual with passion and knowledge of the beverage industry. This position requires you to be organized, motivated, and agile. Potential candidates would have competitive team spirit, a genuine thirst for winning and a desire to work cross-functionally with all sales and marketing. The successful candidate should have level 2 or higher from an accredited wine course, experience in selling and the ability to self-manage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accountable for sales results and targets in designated territory
- Demonstrate fiscal responsibility while managing business expenses and A+P dollars
- Adhere to a master route ensuring effective and timely account visits daily
- Ability to analyze statistics with strong business acumen and utilize findings to maximize sales approach
- Aide with festivals, tastings, supplier/account dinners
- Support all team members to drive success
Position Requirements:
- Self starter and highly motivated
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent overall communication skills
- Serving it Right Certificate
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Valid AB drivers license
- Possess a dependable and insured vehicle
- Ability to lift/carry 40lbs regularly
- Evening/weekend availability when required
Compensation and benefits commensurate with experience. Business related expenses are also covered.
