Located in Carlton, Oregon, USA we are positioned in the heart of the Willamette Valley. We craft Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Traditional Method Sparkling Wines grown on our Estate Vineyards throughout the valley.
We are seeking to put together a harvest team comprised of dynamic individuals that share our core values, including thoughtful farming and high-quality, artistic winemaking, while bringing and celebrating a diverse array of personalities, backgrounds, identities and experiences. We strive to maintain a fun and safe atmosphere while we dedicate ourselves to the harvest at hand. Our team members will be trained and trusted to perform a comprehensive range of cellar, lab, and winemaking duties, while uniquely contributing to our shared work environment.
All harvest meals (and gratuitous snacks) are included for the duration of fruit processing, with all dietary considerations happily accommodated.
Housing support provided to those relocating to the valley.
Applicable Skills:
• Positive and curious attitude
• Previous harvest experience, or not
• Love for all things fermented
• Willingness to work long, flexible hours throughout the busy harvest season
• Did we mention a positive attitude?
• Comfort repeatedly lifting up to 50 lbs
• Commitment to work August – November, roughly
• Forklift experience a plus, but we'll train ya either way
• 21 years or older
