We are embarking on a new gastronomical enterprise on Vancouver Island consisting of wine, olive oil, vinegar, and a restaurant consisting of the finest dishes and baked goods.
Primarily, we are looking to fill the position of wine shop manager. The candidate should have experience in the restaurant or wine industry, have good book-keeping skills, understanding of food and wine, and excellent organizational skills. They will be in charge of handling day-to-day tasks of the wine shop including hiring of staff for the bistro and wine shop, as well as hands-on abilities to be sure that inventory and revenue information is up to standard.
The candidate will work side-by-side with the general manager, winemaker, and head chef to create the best experience for our customers.
