Responsibilities will include performance of the following tasks for our clients:
· Daily use of Software System (ERP based)
· Greeting customers at reception
· Credit card processing
· Daily bank deposits
· Accounts Receivables
· Filing, faxing and emailing required documents accordingly
· Communicate effectively with customers, LCBO and suppliers via emails or phone calls, etc.
· Assist with the company’s LCBO’s supplier order system (Elite and Citrix)
· Assisting with organization of office tastings ie. table settings, tasting sheets, assembly of charcuterie boards, coffee preparation, washing and polishing glasses
· Establish office procedure and routines
· Some evening/weekend work may be required from time to time
· This role may also include other duties related to general office work
As a successful candidate you possess:
· Completion of Post Secondary education preferred (College Diploma or University Degree), yet not required
· Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in an administrative and customer service role
· 1-2 years experience working in a wine agency, supporting LCBO preferred
· Effective communication skills with an emphasis on Customer Service
· Well organized with superior attention to detail / accuracy
· Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
· Established computer skills with high competencies in all internet applications, MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel
· Aptitude to work in a team environment as well as independently
