Job description:

 

The Head of Sales and Marketing will be the leader in growing Redtail’s retail, wholesale, online, wine club and event business.   This dynamic role requires someone with extensive sales experience in the Canadian wine industry.   As the leader of our sales effort, you have a combination of experience, strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and execution ability.  You value data and analytics and are not afraid to try new tactics. You have boundless energy and the ability to focus on the right initiatives to “move the needle”.  As an executive of the company, you will be involved in the strategic direction of the company, enjoying the journey of growing Redtail into an industry leader.
