Cellar Hand (Wine Jobs: Vineyards & Cellars )

Join our team as a Cellar Hand for Harvest 2020.  We are a low-intervention, small winery located in Creemore - in the lovely Georgian Bay area of Ontario. We are playful and experimental in our approach, working with field blends, co-ferments and varied skin contact levels. 

We work predominantly with concrete eggs and have a full-house in-house lab (if you want to get some lab experience). Forklift operation is a plus.  Accommodation is provided. Sept 2020 to Dec 2020. Experience of at least 1 harvest preferred. You need to be in Canada already.

 

Tasks include:

Vineyard sampling;

Picking and processing fruit;

Table sorts;

Pump overs, punch downs; and 

Lab work (if you like).

 

 

Compensation includes:

Hourly rate (above market) plus overtime;

Daily meal; and

Accommodation.
