LCBO Retail Territory Sales Manager – GTA West (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an LCBO Retail Territory Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for the assigned LCBO retail territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with LCBO store managers, PCs, staff, and other key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities.
  • Deliver product education to LCBO staff through tastings.
  • Work with suppliers to increase brand awareness through coordinated tastings/education sessions.
  • Ensure in-store promotions are properly executed.
  • Optimize in-store discretionary promotional opportunities.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows as required.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets for the assigned territory.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to drive product visibility and increase market share.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop promotional programs and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of the LCBO retail environment and its regulations.
  • Successful completion of WSET, ISG or other related courses is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
