Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Placing LCBO orders with Elite Systems
- Preparing Invoices with Quick Books
- Managing Inventory with Excel and Quick Books
- Managing receivables and payables with Quick Books

$55,000 to $60,000 annually
