Fielding Estate Winery is looking to hire a dynamic Hospitality Coordinator – a key position in our Management Team!
Responsibilities of this full-time position include:
- Coordination & execution of all special events
- Co-managing the Fielding Retail Team, leading by example
- Provide exceptional customer service in the retail store, conducting tastings & tours during peak times & events
- Key administrative responsibilities including month-end reports, inventory management, LCBO orders, updates to website & social media
- Overall organization of winery office systems
Qualifications:
- Passion for wine!
- Event Management experience
- Minimum 2 years prior employment at a winery
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Knowledge of LCBO systems including NISS & MPTS
- Strong attention to detail & great organizational skills
- Ability to work alongside a team with an energized & positive attitude
