Job Description:
We are seeking a hardworking, organized, and positive individual to assist our team with a wide range of administrative, reporting, and support tasks at our farm winery. This individual will be someone with excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Full time, permanent position starting immediately
- 6-month probationary period
- 40 hours weekly, Tuesday to Saturday
This entry level position will be focused on providing administrative support to the hospitality team. Administrative duties will include but not limited to: answering phone calls in a friendly and efficient manner, maintaining our customer email, preparing deposits, typing, copying, scanning, maintaining sales data and inventory, data entry, assisting our order desk and scheduling.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- transportation to and from work (Gaspereau & Berwick locations),
- clean driving record and valid, full driver’s license,
- Must be over the age of 19
- highly detail oriented with excellent record keeping,
- strong interpersonal skills and a team player,
- self-motivated and can work independently,
- ability to adapt to various tasks in a fast-paced environment, and,
- A certification in Administration Assistant or Business Administration
- Proof of double vaccination
