Azureau Wines & Spirits ( is seeking a driven, professional, and passionate Sales Representative to service LCBO and on-premise accounts in the GTA.

Since 2008 Azureau has offered its clients an outstanding portfolio of wines & spirits that represent the very best of their origins. With respected suppliers like Casas del Bosque, Bodega Salentein, Castano, Rioja Vega, Girard Napa and many more Azureau has built a reputation for great wines at outstanding prices. Recognized in 2018 with four nominations for “Best of” at the LCBO’s annual Elsies awards ceremony, Azureau is a young, dynamic and fast growing sales and marketing organization.

Double digit sales growth in the LCBO has been driven by new General Listings, Essentials and Collaborative Listings in Vintages on top of consistent bi-weekly Vintages releases. High profile launched like Game of Thrones Wines add to the momentum.

Azureau needs a seasoned sales representative to manage its LCBO store business in the GTA. The successful candidate will also support on premise sales, leveraging Azureau’s Tier 1 Consignment portfolio and six HVC suppliers.

The ideal candidate must have integrity, a passion for wine, strong interpersonal skills and be confident working both independently and as part of a team. Experience selling at the store level to the LCBO is required. This position is based in Toronto with regular travel required.

Job Description

  • Make sales calls to LCBO retail stores and on-premise accounts
  • Increase market share of portfolio and customer loyalty through management of accounts
  • Seek and build new business opportunities in both sales channels
  • Analyze sales-related statistics to strategically build territory
  • Organize and participate in trade marketing events to support our portfolio and build brand loyalty
  • Consistently communicate results and KPIs with head office


  • Proven track record representing brands in the LCBO retail environment
  • Organized with proven ability to multitask & manage time effectively
  • Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and develop as a sales professional
  • Able to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Achievement / results oriented
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dedicated to create and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Possess wine appreciation/education courses and/or sales experience
  • Strong work ethic with ability to work some evenings and weekends
  • Computer skills - knowledgeable of Microsoft Office programs
  • Must possess valid Driver's License
  • Post-Secondary education preferred
  • Ability to lift 40lb cases regularly

Preference will be given to candidates with strong industry experience and wine education.

Compensation will be based on experience and skillset.

Job Type: Full-time

Projected Salary: $50,000 to $85,000 / year based on experience and achievement of annual goals
