CHV Winery is an estate winery located in the rapidly growing wine region of Lake Erie North Shore, located just east of Harrow, Ontario. We are 12 years old and are expanding in all areas of our business including the production and sale of wine. Our business is experiencing robust growth due to our exceptional wines and customer-centric team of staff as well as external distribution channels. We focus on making high quality, market friendly wines. Our Vineyards are planted in a mixture of red and white vinifera varieties.
We are looking for a regional sales manager to plan and grow our sales mainly in Asia. The qualified candidate will organize, direct, control and evaluate the activities of establishments and departments involved in commercial, industrial, institutional, e-business and wholesale and retail sales for Asia and join our growing team of down to earth people.
Your responsibilities:
-Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve budgeted sales quota as well as maintain a revenue forecast for the region, including supporting company growth objectives.
-Demonstrate a consultative and inclusive commercial approach within the assigned region and across the business.
-Establish and maintain effective customer relationships with key contacts at strategic accounts.
- Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales.
-Provide thoughtful feedback to Product Management & Segment Leaders related to products, features, and new market opportunities.
-Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
-Manage, train and support independent sales Representatives within the assigned region.
- May work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
Salary : $54.00 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 52 weeks per annum

Required skills and qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in business or in a related field Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial role, in managing sales in a corporate setting
Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
Superb leadership ability
Position requires the ability to travel an average of 20% of the time during a typical workweek.
Motivational speaking experience
Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
Requires strong oral and written communication skills to negotiate with, and influence customers regarding major sales campaigns.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
