Lead and assist in all wine-making functions from harvest to bottling, including working with Harwood's on-site partner and consulting winemaker to set agenda, tone, and direction of winemaking.

Lead and assist in the supervision of vineyard functions, including working with outdoor staff to ensure vineyards are maintained to the highest standard possible, spraying schedules are planned, executed and documented, and that hand-work is executed as prescribed.
