We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Manager to lead and execute the daily operations related to order fulfillment, inventory control, and shipping logistics. This role is essential to maintaining our impeccable service standards and ensuring our products reach customers in a timely fashion. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills, attention to detail, a knack for relationship-building and the ability to work independently while keeping the team informed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily order processing and fulfillment for both winery & brewery. Key accounts include Licensees, LCBO, TBS, Grocery & Export agents
- Generate invoices using Sage Accounting software.
- Oversee and reconcile monthly inventory counts across multiple warehouses.
- Coordinate shipping logistics and all paperwork for local, out-of-province, and overseas orders.
- Liaise with carriers and freight partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Manage inventory levels based on needs of both on and offsite warehouse facilities. Flagging products for upcoming offers, such as wine club or limited time offers.
- Notifying the proper channels of upcoming vintage flips.
- Monitor and manage receivables and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Process credit card payments for licensees.
- Act as the primary order contact for licensees. Building and maintaining exceptional customer service with these partners and assist in setting up staff trainings, visits to the property and adding additional sales.
- Proactively resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Submitting new & recurring offers to the LCBO and completing all relevant paperwork involved.
- Share relevant logistics and inventory information with internal teams to support business decisions and avoid stockouts of product.
- Schedule and manage the daily activities of our local delivery driver.
- Data entry such as promo, EFT payouts, entering payables/receivables.
Qualifications:
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, and warehouse management (experience in the beverage or alcohol industry is a plus).
- Proficient in Sage Accounting or similar accounting/invoicing software & Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
