Sales and Marketing Coordinator (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Together our group of Companies are seeking an energetic and qualified individual to join our team as the Sales and Marketing Coordinator. The successful candidate will conduct all activities related to Outside sales support, Wine Club and Marketing coordination.

 Wine Club:

Manage the wine and cider clubs

Manage communication with all club members

Manage and coordinate club shipments

Assist in planning and coordinating the club pickup events

Provide wine club reporting

Take a leadership role in driving new membership

Assist in creating club membership targets 

 Outside Sales

Make sales trips to establish LRS and Licensee accounts

Establish good relationships with all accounts

Call accounts, enter orders and invoice customers

Help develop LTO schedule

Provide outside sales reporting

Ensure customer satisfaction

Monitor and report warehouse inventory levels
 
Marketing

Develop email marketing schedule

Create email newsletters in Wine Direct/Mail Chimp

Create content for social media accounts

Develop, procure and distribute sales and marketing collateral

Assist with tradeshows, events and festivals
Qualifications:

Batchelor's Degree in Marketing or Business

Minimum 3 years related experience in sales or marketing

Sales and Customer Relations Experience

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Excellent core computer skills, especially MS Office Suite

Ability to multi-task and manage competing demands in a fast paced work environment
