Monte Creek Winery Marketing and Sales Co-ordinator (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

We are currently looking for a full-time Marketing Co-ordinator. This is your opportunity to be an integral part of a BC based winery that is experiencing tremendous growth across Canada. Monte Creek Winery and this position are located in the Thompson Valley just outside Kamloops, BC.

 

Core Duties:

 

     Lead on quarterly content calendars to ensure key messaging is distributed through all channels. This includes working across multiple departments to generate meaningful content, ensure content is on brand, engaging and cascades through all relevant platforms.

     In charge of website and ecommerce optimization.

     In charge of all print and digital advertising (campaign design and booking).

     Responsible for maintenance and outreach of 100+ key media relationships. This includes product drops and frequent interaction as well as being the point person for incoming inquires.

     Lead of developing all POS materials for outside sales such as sell sheets, pricelists, neck tags and backer cards.

     Develop innovative programming for outside sales such as on-packs and contesting.

     Post-game analysis on promo’s reviewing and proposing recommendations on improving ROI.

     Responsible for managing Provincial merchandising grids and Liquor board applications

     Responsible for wine competition entries and communication of awards.

     Works closely with Sales agents to co-ordinate efforts on outside events and tastings.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

 

     2+ years’ experience in a marketing role.

     Beverage alcohol experience, particularly wine is an asset.

     Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and design programs such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Light room

     Word Press website experience

     Web analytics/social media experience (Loomly, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics)

     Ability to manage many tasks with tight deadlines.

     Must be organized and be able to adapt to change.

     Energetic, people-oriented and a team contributor with a can-do attitude.

     Strong written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor.
