CedarCreek Estate Winery is one of the first 8 pioneering wineries of BC and released its first wines in 1987. Today, we look proudly towards the future to further promote our region and after three decades of building our wine’s reputation, we’re constructing a winery to match it. We’re looking for a dedicated and passionate Platinum Club Manager to join our team and help us bring the CedarCreek wine country experience to a whole new level.

Day in the life:

Our Platinum Club Manager is responsible for seamlessly executing our Platinum Club membership program. This role owns the entire process, from working with the winemaking team to decide what wines will be featured to helping members customize their shipments and hosting the on-site pick-up party. The Platinum Club Manager is a true CedarCreek ambassador who can deliver the highest standard of service.

·         Be the member advocate within the organization

·         Work with Marketing and Hospitality to further develop, grow and administer the Platinum Club program

·         Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly wine club sales targets

·         Oversee shipments including pre-shipment notifications, manage guest profile information, collateral inserts and delivery confirmations

·         Manage the administration of the Platinum Club database – “Vin 65”.

·         Report and analyze key metrics that drive the Platinum Club channel (traffic, conversion, sales, product mix, sign ups, attrition) to meet/exceed targets and ensure continuous improvement

·         Build membership acquisition strategy and culture within the organization; assign goals, train and mentor staff

·         Lead inventory planning for club wine shipments, special library offers and member promotions

Must haves:

·         Degree in Business/Hospitality

·         Experience managing a wine club considered an asset

·         5 Years’ experience working in Retail or Sales, preferably in the wine industry

·         Strong wine knowledge, ISG/WSET level 2 qualifications preferred

·         Strong technical skillset, MS Office, Expert Excel skills and experience working within RMS software

·         Effective business systems thinker and a good understanding of business process knowledge

·         Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at one time

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills.
