Responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of each core area of focus include:
Contribute to content creation for all winery brands through content writing, photography and graphic design.
Support teams across the winery to ensure all messaging, experiences, and content are aligned with brand essence
Distribute content such as newsletters to blogs to internally and externally.
Develop and maintain a social media strategy, including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn and X, including a content calendar and measurement metrics.
Develop and maintain a positive and timely presence on customer review sites such as Trip Advisor and Google.
Assist in maintaining and updating corporate websites, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information and e-commerce flows smoothly.
Assist with industry and community associations and events.
Assist the Sales teams, Wine Club and Winery with promotional materials.
The ideal candidate is:
Dedicated to providing personalized and professional service and to showcasing the local region and estate offerings.
Able to use insights and benchmarks to position OFE and Peak Cellars as a top wine destinations in the Okanagan.
Able to operate in high pressure environment and remain calm and focused in urgent situations.
Able to manage time efficiently and has strong attention to detail.
Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or graphic and web design.
Proven track record with successful content development and scheduling for social media platforms.
Proficient with designing marketing materials for both digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
Holds or is willing to work towards holding a WSET designation.
Compensation: $45,000-65,000 annually, plus benefits.
